marko hinic

Marko is a co-founder of Alba Partners. He has considerable experience in M&A and corporate finance having advised some of Serbia’s top corporates for over 10 years. He has executed more than €1b of transactions across different sectors, including telecommunications, consumer goods, energy and financial institutions.

Formerly a partner of Altis Capital, a Belgrade based corporate finance firm, Marko spearheaded capital raising efforts for various Serbian corporates. Recently he advised East Point Holding on the acquisition of DDSG which at €110m was the largest Serbian FDI in an EU country. Marko also advised leading global and European corporates including Goodyear, OMYA and Tondach, and worked as a local partner of top investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. He was also a director of corporate finance at CES Mecon, a leading local consultancy.

Marko received his MBA from INSEAD. He studied at Boston University where he obtained an M.Sc. in Mathematics and Economics and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Economics.

jelena radulovic

Jelena is a co-founder of Alba Partners. She formerly was CEO of Ekonomist Media Group (EMG). EMG is the owner of Ekonomist, Serbia’s economic weekly magazine and organizer of forums for senior executives from Serbia and the region.

 

Previously, she was a partner at Altis Capital and worked at CES Mecon, Belgrade based corporate finance firms. Jelena also served as communications advisor to the Prime Minister of Serbia (2001-2003) and to the Serbian Minister of Economy and Privatization (2003-2004). She worked on a number of transactions including the sale of the Serbian tobacco industry to Phillip Morris and BAT, Serbian oil firm Beopetrol to Lukoil, steel company Sartid to US Steel. Jelena started her career at Bloomberg News, where she worked as a reporter.

 

She received her B. Sc in Mathematics from the University of Belgrade.

 

ognjen stevanovic

Ognjen has over three years of experience in corporate finance in Serbia where he has announced deal volume exceeding €250m. Previously at Altis Capital he specialized in M&A transactions in financial services and industrial sectors. He also completed several debt/capital raising transactions and worked on financial and restructuring assignments for top Serbian corporates.

Before Altis, Ognjen worked as a software developer in Komercijalna banka, one of the leading domestic banks.

He is a graduate of the University of Belgrade where he obtained his B.Sc. in Mathematics. Additionally, he completed the International Masters of Quantitative Finance at the University of Belgrade.

ANA MANOLA

Ana joined Alba Partners as an associate. Previously Ana was assistant professor at the Department of Mathematics, University of Belgrade. Her core focus was the areas of probability and statistics as well as option pricing and equity derivatives.

She graduated with the highest honors at the top of her class at the University of Belgrade with a M.Sc. in Mathematics and B.Sc. in Mathematics. Ana also completed the International Masters of Quantitative Finance at the University of Belgrade.

TIJANA DINDIC

Tijana graduated with the highest honors at the University of the Arts in Belgrade. Her previous work experience was in the education sector.
